This year, the Education Department has defined partnership and professionalism as its core values.
These values are reflected in the annual work plan, the daily running of the department, and our commitment to the local community of Ganey Tikva and especially to its community of schoolchildren.
We will develop the educational managerial team in order to learn, improve, enhance and implement advanced educational-organizational technologies that give expression to each and every member of the educational team in the entire local education system, in keeping with socio-educational values benefiting the community as a whole.
We believe in diversity as a value. We will attempt to strengthen the abilities and talents of every individual so that they can attain personal excellence. We will nurture students who are self-directed both in their studies and in their life in the community.
We believe in continual educational processes encompassing both formal and informal education, and in creating a single basis for cooperation and a single language of values: a community-based educational system encouraging cooperation between different sectors and different age-groups.
