1. Ensuring the security of local residents and visitors, the community and Council facilities.
2. Security in educational institutions.
3. Holding security-related drills in educational institutions, such as bomb shelter drills, fire drills, handling suspicious objects, etc.
4. Training teaching staff in safety and security in schools and on field trips.
5. Training staff and students in first aid, firefighting, etc.
6. Contact with security forces: police, army, Magen David Adom, fire services, etc.
7. Supervision of public shelters, storing emergency supplies and preparing the community to withstand natural disasters.
