Beitenu Social Club is for independent seniors who are able to reach the center unaided. 
The club has a range of social activities, including lectures on a variety of subjects, such as health, humor, current affairs, psychology, the weekly Torah portion, etc. Some of the lectures are accompanied by slide presentations illustrating places in Israel and around the world.
The social club holds parties with musicians and dancers and birthday celebrations, and also celebrates Jewish holidays and organizes theater outings.
- The club organizes trips to places around Israel as well as an annual vacation.
- Movies produced by ESHEL (The Association for the Planning and Development of Services for the Aged in Israel) accompanied by therapeutic talks by a social worker.
- Members from elsewhere in the region visit the center from time to time, to take part in activities organized by Hevra Tova.
- An art class is given on Sunday mornings by Mrs. Pnina Gelbigser
- A Pilates class is given every Monday by Mrs. Iris Caliph.
The Center for the Elderly has a Russian-language library, open on Sunday afternoons between 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Thursday mornings between 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m..
